Bowland Festival Arts is the new arts based element of the Bowland Festival. It is a new initiative aimed at drawing together the wealth of creative talent existing in Bowland. Through a range of programmed arts activities - Creative workshops, Exhibitions and Open Studio events - we hope visitors and residents alike will be able to enjoy the interesting role the arts can play in developing our understanding of this very special environment.
