How to Book

All events must be booked in advance unless they have the the no need to book, just turn up symbol next to it. Events can only take a limited number of people, and some are extremely popular and book up quickly, so try to book early to be sure of your place.

For some events we ask you to book direct with the organisers, where we do so these details will be included with the event information.

There is a small charge for most events to cover costs.

There are two ways to book…

By completing our online booking form in the Events Programme section

You can check availability for events and complete an online booking form, one of our bookings team will then contact you to complete your booking – please allow 3 working days for a response.

Please phone one of the friendly staff from the bookings team at Clitheroe Travel. They can also give you any other help or information you need to arrange, such as accommodation, for your visit to the Forest of Bowland.

With each booking we will be asking for a discretionary donation to the Bowland Tourism Environment Fund. Your donation will directly fund environmental projects in the Forest of Bowland AONB. For more information please visit www.forestofbowland.com
